The Prison Genius Archive is a growing collection of first-person narratives documenting lived experiences of incarceration and its lasting effects.
Each entry represents an individual response to constraint, scarcity, and institutional life. Together, these narratives form a record of resilience, adaptation, and human intelligence as expressed through lived experience.
About the Archive
The archive is currently in development and continues to grow as new contributions are submitted and reviewed.
All entries are:
- Voluntarily submitted
- Presented in the contributor’s own voice
- Reviewed for clarity, safety, and consent
- Preserved with care and respect
As the archive expands, it is intended to serve as a long-term record that supports reflection, education, and public understanding.
Current Status
Prison Genius is in its early stages, and the archive is actively being built. Sample entries and curated collections will be made available as the project develops.
Visitors are encouraged to return as the archive grows.
